Our quarterly showcase for South London's film-making talent run in conjunction with BFI Southbank and Live! Magazine returns on May 8th, for an evening of screenings, networking and discussion. There will again be two strands: the first at 5:30 is a showcase for the various excellent training schemes in the borough; and the second at 7:30 features works selected from open submission.
Inspired by various BFI programmes this month, May’s theme for the open strand is ‘Little Britain’ exploring notions of home and identity, both national and local.
Submissions must be received with a self addressed stamped envelope and a completed application form by April 23rd, addressed to:
c/o Paul Green,
The Hayward, Southbank Centre
London, SE1 8XZ.
We can accept DVD (mpeg), DV, or 16mm only. Preference will be given to films which reflect the current theme, and all successful applicants will be notified by May 1st. For further information, or to request an application form, please email us at email@example.com
